Service Technician/Customer Service Representative

Direct interface with Service Engineers to help clients 
 
Cycle related stock exchanges and required desk work that relates to Service stock administration necessities. 
 
Help with the approval of data archived by Service Engineers inside BuildingPoint's CRM information base to guarantee precise information recording. 
 
Help/Support Service Engineers with end client fixes that are dropped off by clients at the BuildingPoint Service Center 
 
Attributes/Skills 
 
Astounding authoritative and correspondence (both documentation and verbal) aptitudes 
 
Capacity to help client's with item related issues including telephone uphold 
 
Following rules varying to help and administration item 
 
Capacity to organize work dependent on client prerequisites, while getting BuildingPoint's administration objectives and destinations. 
 
Training/Experience 
 
Secondary School graduate 
 
Development innovation experience helpful yet not needed
